Made this elegant chalk board for my open house this weekend. As a REALTOR, I am always looking for new additions to my open house presentation. Bought this simple elegant frame that just had the brown cardboard inside, nothing else. I painted right over the cardboard with “Graphite” Annie Sloan chalk paint. I did not add water to paint. Just one coat did it.
